Order Editing or Cancellation
15. An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.
16. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet this criteria, it may be denied.
17. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
18. A fee will be applied to all returns.
19. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
20. All international sales are final. No exceptions.

Defective or Incorrect Items
22. If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, you have 14 business days upon reception to contact us and fill in some requested information. Pictures must be provided.
23. FLIRT (OBJECT) is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Costs of stolen/lost parcel is absorbed by the customer.
